Having been a little down lately, I've been thinking that I need to get out of the house and do something creative. I've been looking at evening classes, but they're all so expensive. I really want to take Cello lessons, but that would also cost a fortune, considering I'd have to buy a Cello ;) I've also been trying to fight my way through knitting patterns. Do you know the part in "
Breakfast at Tiffany's" when Holly says "I have this strange feeling that maybe the blueprints and my knitting instructions got switched. I mean it isn't impossible that I'm knitting a ranch house!" ...That's pretty much it. Knitting patterns give me worse tunnel vision than math.
So I thought "what the hell" and looked up "Knitting Classes Calgary" online! The first link I opened was for a knitting class that starts this weekend, to knit a baby sweater, and it's mere blocks from my condo!!! As if that wasn't serendipitous! So Skylark? Pick a colour, honey! Your little cookie monster will be the first to get either a sweater or a ranch house ;)

Awww.... SO sweet! Thank you! :)
How about something bright; I'm so sick of seeing pastel baby clothes in the stores around here. Bright green? Deep Purple? Oooh, maybe RED! Have a look and see what pretty yarn you can find.
Thankyouthankyouthankyou!! :)
I'll see what I can do! It's organic cotton yarn, so it should feel soft. Hopefully it doesn't look completely vile ;) I'll post pics of the progress though. Heehee!
